Lemme clear your doubts... @ratulskolkata a small brand run by Ratul Chatterjee Lahiri (will tell about his struggle and passion some other day... it's really inspirational ❤️❤️❤️) and his dedicated team is serving the same taste (rather better) at half the price than what you are having at those branded Resturants... So if you are American and Mexican food lover then don't miss this small restaurant located in the by lane beside Malancha Cinema Hall, Tollygunge and thank me later... Oh btw... Chilaquiles is a very popular staple breakfast bowl of Mexico... They basically have this bowl to get rid of hangover from the late night weekend parties 😂😂😂... It's served as a side with mashed black beans, egg or chicken breast... There are many more history of the dishes you may get to know from the young Chef Ratul... Who is leaving his passion and winning the hearts of many with his super cool behaviour and outstanding food... Last time I visited them... I had... Tacos Al Pastor, Tacos De Barbacoa, Chilaquiles, Ratul's Brownie Bowl and Agua de Tamarindo (mocktail)... All were just marvelous in taste... Especially Tacos Al Pastor (A dish having Lebanese influence on Mexican Cuisine), Brownie Bowl and one the best refreshing mocktail I ever had Agua de Tamarindo... Going to visit them soon and will come up with more updates about the place...
