“Ah, did I really? Thank you so much, Gerome. I was looking for this everywhere.” Tania gratefully accepts the book’s return, a sigh of relief passing her lips before they curl into a bright smile. “I guess I must have been more tired than I thought last night.”
✘ ███ ║ Germone's visage is no less than how it normally is. The book handed to it's rightful owner. It's contents having only been looked at briefly by himself, as he'd had wondered who'd it belong to.
“It would seem as much, I'd make note that Panne is capable of making a serum to help with sleep. If that is a problem."

❝...❞
◆ █Humans gathered little interest from the Manakete. Were they not Kojuurou, his interest in each human dwindled into blank feelings. Nay interested in anything aside from his own well being as being what he was. Scarce in number, years buried under his belt far more than any being he knew of. Again, that he knew of. He'd been a sleep for many years prior only just awakening several years before. When it was obvious the air of the world had been changing. Which was presumably why he'd taken an interest in a certain one. His only eye mindfully looking up and down the tiny stature and frame. Purple hair, a soft expression decorated on her face. He wondered faintly why the aura around her seemed so different.█◆
❝Ey, whats yer name?❞
◆ █He'd state to her promptly, staring down at her at his height several inches above her. Enough to make the tilt of his head down prominent. █◆
Morgan's mindset now
Auntie...I shall do what I can to avenge you. I...just wish I could have saved you from that death...why did it have to come to this?
It was with a heavy heart Morgan stepped through the gate into Tania's realm. For the first time since they met he felt conflicted, wanting to run away despite his feet carrying him forward.
He had made a mistake. His mother had found out. Now, he had to pay the price for it.
The worst part is that he knew she wouldn't fight back... it made this whole situation unbearable. As he approached her at their normal meeting spot he forced a smile and a small wave, but the purple-haired tactician could tell something was wrong..
"Morgan?"
Tania walked over, immediately trying to pull him into a comforting hug as she always did when he was troubled. Even if she could never ask about his pain, she was always there to support him.
His hand slid to the knife hidden under his jacket and without hesitation he plunged it into her chest, knowing if he did hesitate he wouldn't be able to follow through with the plan.
"S-sorry... I.. it's an order.." He managed to choke out, tears in his eyes at the expression of shock Tania wore at his betrayal before it softened. Her reached out to finish the hug she had started, wrapping around him weakly.
"I-It's a-alright... I...I don't blame you.." She gasped as her breath fell short, body falling against him as she grew weaker. "I'm sorry... things had to... end this way..."
Why...?
Why could she not blame him..?
Morgan stared at his adopted aunt as her breathing stopped, trembling now. Why had he done it? Why had he gone through with it..? Why... did it have to come to this?
He was so caught up in questioning his own actions that he didn't notice the red haired girl exiting Tania's tent where she had been staying the night.

❇║"I think now is hardly the time to refuse help. If i were an enemy I would have struck you down already, nor would I be offering to assist in getting you to a cleric for healing."
"You wouldn't be the first to take advantage of me in this way, you know," Aevus snapped, "I'm wounded, not blind."
"More importantly, aren't I suspicious as well?"
