Returning Home|| Rex & Morgan
Gods, why did he agree to go on that gods forsaken trip?
For the past month, he had felt useless. Utterly useless to everyone within Plegian castle who mattered. Mainly his mother of the current world. The manakete approached the castle with no haste at all. He was not eager for this return home. However, he knew that he had to come home eventually, as he had found what he was looking for.
A new reason. A new reason to hate the world. And he had found it. His rage refueled, he'd head to the castle doors. However, due to his new look, his cape discarded as he now wore a coat, and his hair even longer and messier than it was when he left, the guards stopped him.
"In the name of Lady Grima, stop right there." One said. Rex stopped, looking at them through his long hair. "Who are you and why are y-!?"
Before he let them finish, he transformed into his manakete form and blasted the guards through the door. Reverting back to his human form, he walked in. The guards grunted as the other muttered.
"W-welcome home.. Prince Rex.." He uttered. Rex stopped and looked down at him. Usually he'd be happy about being one of the royals, however, now was not the time. He simply kicked the man in the head, causing him to be knocked out. He growled as he walked down the halls. Going to report to his mother of his return. Or to his brother, who'd be happy to see him, however, his change would only brush him off.
"...Hmph." He finally said. He figured wandering the halls would be best.
