Hi! I'm new to studyblr and I absolutely love your blog. I was wondering how you conquer laziness or find the motivation to work on a sick or down day?

as for conquering laziness/finding motivation:
- if you’re sick, i honestly suggest for you take a break or rest!! remember, health comes first so don’t push yourself to do anything that your body can’t handle yet ♡
- however, if you absolutely have to finish something (as in, you really cannot make a compromise) & that is the only time you have to complete it, i’d say to put on some study music, take some small (preferably healthy snacks) with you to bed alongside water and finish your work mini sections at a time!! always remember to take breaks & keep your health in mind!!
- on down days, i suggest to first clear your mind. remember, that whatever bad stuff that happened today has already passed & you got through it ♡ if you need someone to talk to about it, you can contact any friends/family or *coughs* me!! (& i’m sure other studyblrs as well bc this community is so so sweet ok we’re all here for each other) & here’s a reminder: you’re amazing & worth so much + life will get better!!
- motivation in general: i like to write down what i want to accomplish & a blurb on the side as to why. this is a great way to have clear & set goals so if you ever lose any determination to study, you can refer to that list to remind yourself what you’re doing it for!! music also helps me a ton bc i get easily distracted with small background noises (like the sound of an ac on or the ticking of a clock haha it’s a bit odd) + (depending on what you choose to listen to) it can pump you up!!
