A Funnybunny Enemies to lovers Modern Royalty AU
Jax is a prince
Pomni is an undercover journalist, who gets caught by Jax after sneaking into one of bigger parties. She was trying to find some new dirt on him, but ended up in a dirt way worse than she could ever imagine. Until then, she managed to get away with it, but it seems like she went too far by following him.
Amused, Jax threatens to expose her (thus ruining her career and potentially all other careers, he'd make sure of it, she shouldn't have snuck up on him in his private lobby...)
She's kind-of hella anxious still, when his smile turns sinister, as he suggests she pretends to be his girlfriend in order to 'make it up to him'. Plus, she'd be in charge of that news, would be good for her publicity, no? Hell, as he says, it's even better for her than it is for him.
And Jax? He needs a cover-up, as he is expected to "settle down" or something.
Her articles about him have always been all sorts of passive aggressive, which only god worse during their "relationship".
As much as Pomni is concerned, her goal is still to bring him as low as possible. So, looking through his things doesn't bother her conscience at all.
That is, until she gets caught red-handed, having found something quite inappropriate.
Jax's flirt of asking her if she'd like to give it a try causes her to give up on digging around for some time.
Pomni isn't a fan of PDA, however since it's fake, and he insists on having proof that they are dating, she tolerates the occasional "secret" "fake kisses". Although the thumb on her lips is starting to feel a bit annoying. Because Prince Jax is so insufferable, of course.
So what if, purely theoretically, my fic features Jax as someone working for the Manus Institute... The Magnus Archives, if you will....

Funnybunny streamer AU semi-enemies-to-lovers cause their personas are Enemies and they get very into it you see
Pomni is Abby's persona. Does many ghost-hunting videos, also theories, very openly.
And Jax is Leeroy's. Dressed up as a purple bunny maid for views once and it's been haunting him ever since. Big into FNAF and secretly loves theory videos (as he thinks his persona isn't ready to become a nerd)
Kinger is also a streamer and a programmer. Loves Minecraft. Has been doing YouTube the longest, has a sort of his own bubble.
Both Abby and Lee stream VR whenever possible. They belong to the same friend-group, so they often end up playing together, bickering the whole time.
They sometimes stream as a duo, but since Bubble and Caine do moderation very well, they stay perfectly unaware of their ship name.
Regatha usually prefers chill and simulator games, occasionally playing beat-saber. So far noone managed to beat her.
Gangle attempted to be a PNG and lates V-Tuber, but eventually started doing irl content with Zooble and most of her videos feature her face now. Loves Meccha Chameleon.
Zooble also loves said game, but they find it the funniest to play Meccha Chameleon to just pretend to be a neon balloon. Somehow they're hardly ever noticed.
As for Funnybunny:
Jax jokingly flirts with Pomni sometimes, in between critiquing her minecraft Dropper skills. He isn't much better though.
During one of the group meetups only them two end up showing up, and need to do one on one IRL streams for at least two weeks.
Pomni notices the name 'funnybunny' somewhere in the chat, but assumes they're referencing Jax's iconic costume.
During their first YLYL they both lose a life simply from staring at each other.
They do a diving video, searching for underwater monsters. Pomni briefly attempts to drown Jax, and he takes his revenge by grabbing her leg and pulling her down every now and then.

The Amazing Digital Circus actually did launch as a way to maintain people's minds forever.
The catch? You can free-trial it. However many times you want. But once you join permanently, you're as if joining for the first time. You don't remember the Circus and nobody remembers You.
Leeroy has been in an accident a few years back. He cannot move, he cannot talk. Just... A lone body in a bed.
He was permanently moved into the Circus last year.
Abby has been visiting Jax. She did before. And so she does still.
He remembers her as well as he does not. The characters have issues interacting with people who did not move permanently to the Circus.
So... The only way for him to remember her is to join the Circus.
He seems happy there.
He can interact with everyone, he made new friends, the Circus is Amazing.
Only she isn't.
She still visits him as often as she can.
And every time, she stays just a little bit longer.
