A lot of people really wanted me to draw @juno.buggs Ribbit desgin, I had fun drawing the lil freckles on her

lineup of my redesigns! there's been some tweaks since their inception (mostly pomni) but otherwise i think i've managed to keep them consistent lol

some design notes below

-kinger's based off a glass chess piece, and his robe is 1/2 his own and 1/2 queenie's. I imagine he managed to take one of her prop robes from her room before Caine blocked it off after she abstracted. his optical nerves are also visible through his head

- i wanted jax to have more of a hare-like appearance, so I gave him a muzzle and eye markings similar to one. also obvious fluff

- pomni looks more like a traditional jester, i reeeeallly wanted the long, flowy jester hat and bell sleeves. also the facepaint and hooded cap were very important to me hehe

- made gangle's body a spool of ribbon, her arms and legs are loose ends wrapped around it. she also keeps her comedy mask together with a ribbon that comes together as a little bow

- zooble was the MOST difficult to figure out, I really didn't know what to do with them back when I designed them a few months ago. I ended up designing them after mix-and-match action figures, like those "build-your-own" monster high dolls. they've got an articulated torso, plastic seams, ball joints that pop in and out, stuff like that. also projecting my own chronic pain issues on them by having their limbs be extremely stiff until they wear them in. also a tail piece cuz it seemed neat

- i was stumped on ragatha, too...but eventually it seemed pretty natural to alter her to look more like a classic raggedy-ann doll. hence the hair-bow and apron. she keeps a needle with thread on her to patch herself up, because she's always getting torn apart lol. also she has a flower-shaped button eye!!!

- Caine's probably the least altered. I just gave him exaggerated canines, changed his eye shape, and put him in a new outfit. I wanted the inverted crosses on his pants to reference the biblical implications of his background + gave him a ringmaster vest. His staff is a bubble wand which he uses to summon bubble! (who is unchanged because bubble is perfect)

made a full lineup of the 6 main bigtops !! cause i was asked about it a coupel times elsewhere.... i fear u can kinda tell who my favs are by how much detail's put into them LOL but i had fun with all their designs lowkey

i didn't exactly mean for the heights to be as exaggerated as they are but i kind of like the end result.. might do a second one w/ the abstracted fellas + caine
