Like my good friend Brian Tracy says, "An attitude of positive expectations is the mark of the superior personality" If there is something that I have learned from Brian over the years is to surround yourself with people with positive expectations. ALL WORLD CHAMPIONS HAVE A COACH ---- All of the hard work is really paying off. Today I awakened up with contracts and cheques signed with two big international players. ---- The difference with professional players is they look for advice from people who have skill sets that compliment the outcome they seek. They spend their time asking "how can I execute this faster, more effective and a better outcome for everyone involved". And so they seek professional people out to help them. Like your favorite football team, they have a coach. The truth is, there is no professional football team without a coach. The coach is on the side line, advising the players, offering strategies and plans for the attainment of the goals and outcomes. The fact is, the greatest and most successful professional teams have a coach. It is just undeniable. ---- Amateurs on the other hand spend their time attempting to figure it out themselves, taking advice from other unsuccessful people, which breeds more medioracy. ---- Champions follow the winning edge concept. Have you heard about the winning edge concept? The winning edge concept says, all you need is to be 1% faster, more skilled, more knowledgeable, better service orientated than your competitors in specific areas of business and you win the prize, which in business is the contracts and the cheques along with the big prize, resales and referrals. Think about a horse race. The winning horse and jockey only needs to be 1mm ahead of the second horse, the result, they take home 10X the prize money, glory and fame. Which side of the fence are you on?
