“Hey, Chris, have you seen Bruno?”

“Bruno? Uh, he just left. He said he had a phone call.”

“Everyone he knows is here! He was threatening to start a Bigfoot Committee in Math. Mr. Stratton about keeled over. I gotta talk to him.”

“Oh. Yeah, just missed him. He said you had to stay here over Break?”

“Yeah.”

“Oh. Wow, that sucks.”

“Yeah, uh, it’s fine. I can strangle Edward as a Christmas present to myself and no one will be here to stop me. Bye.”

“Was Bruno just here?”

“Yes, a few minutes ago. We were discussing the possible movement habits of Sasquatch.”

“I still can’t believe you stood up in front of everyone and told The Fish that Bigfoot might be real. I thought he was gonna keel over!”

“My world is the cryptozoological world, Boots. I heard you weren’t going home this year.”

“Yeah. I always knew you were cryptic, Elmer. See you.”

“Bruno–”

“--just left.”

“Seriously? He’s been dodging me all day! I didn’t even see him at lunch.”

“How could you see anything past Wilbur’s mashed potato Matterhorn?”

“Good point. Tell him I’m looking for him? Mr. Poston says all the flashlights from the science department went missing and he was looking real worried about it.”

“Okay, I’ll tell him. Is it true you and Edward have to–”

“--stay here? Bruno’s got fast feet and a big mouth today.”

“Was it a secret? I’m sorry! I didn’t–”

“It’s okay, Pete. I don’t mind. It’s fine. Yeah, I’m staying. Not right here, but. Will you tell Bruno I’m looking for him?”

“Yeah, I had a question about his committee anyway.”

“Oh god.”

“Okay, where is he? Who’s feeding him? I haven’t seen him at any meal today, and I can’t catch him in the hall! What’s going on!”

“Easy, Boots. He’s just uh, he’s busy. You live with him! You’ll see him later.”

“Yeah, but then we’ll already be halfway to expelled!”

“Well. Yeah. Okay, you got a point. Okay, we’ll look for him. Hey, you see anymore of Bigfoot? I’m gonna cover it for the paper because if it’s real, I’m gonna get a job with Nat Geo for my coverage of the whole thing.”

“No. I mean, we’re missing more clothes, but I think that’s just a laundry thing. Hey, I gotta go. If we run out of underwear, you’ll be the first to know, Mark.”

“That’s not what I meant! Guys, that’s not what I meant, I didn’t–”

“Where’ve you been?”

“Uh, I’ve been attending school? University applications are due, you know, and–”

“Since when have you done anything early? Fudge has been after you for weeks to do even just one statement!”

“Like I said! People change! Now, I’ve been talking to the guys, and they’re interested in forming a committee. Did you know there were tracks around the office building this morning? And all the lights pulled down?”

“I heard, but you–”

“So I got talking to Mark and Sidney, and they talked to Chris, and we’re going to get to the bottom of this if it’s the last thing we do. Uni applications? We prove Bigfoot is real, we can cherrypick our university! Come on, we’re going to the rec hall, Chris is going to make up some posters, and–”

Flight: Plague, baby.

Clan Population: 65 or so? I have a bunch of babies I haven't been able to sell because of that whole "lost internet access for two weeks" thing.

Favorite breed?: Mirrors, closely followed by tunders and ridgebacks.

Least Favorite Breed: Wildclaws, for sure. THERE ISN'T GOING TO BE A JURASSIC PARK 4, GUYS, GO HOME. Oops, I spoke too soon. Still, my point stands. POOR NAKED SHIVERING DROMEOSAURS, KNIT THEM SWEATERS.

Favorite color on dragons: Judging from my lair, RAINBOW EYEBLEED WARNING COLORS CLASH-O-MATIC and/or ANYTHING WITH UNDERBELLY. My weaknesses include mulberry, violet, and anything with really eye-catching gene combinations; as you can imagine, I exalt a lot of my own hatchlings.

Least Favorite Color: I think all the colors look good if used right. Even clashy colors can be fun. --keeps Kyoht's answer

Favorite Gene: Undabelleh.

Least Favorite Gene: We-ell, I think most genes look good on some breeds and awful on others, but Speckle? Freckle? whichever one is the secondary gene: I hate that it patterns the manes on Tundras and the crests on Wildclaws in a way that makes no sense.

Favorite FR Game: Rainbow Roulette: breeding pairs with the widest possible range (ideally which doesn't cross into white/black) just to see what happens. --keeps uropygid's answer

Waiting For: The site to come back up. Also for the roads to thaw a little so I can drive back to my old house and do the remaining repairs, but that's nor FR-related.

Excited About: Everything that will be off cooldown when I can access the site again.

Saving For: Lair expansions. A dozen underbelly scrolls.

Dream Dragon(s): Coal basic/grey seraph female skydancer, beige/slate/coral male snapper, spring clown/sunshine basic female tundra, IRISHIM RAINBOW TUNDRAS GALORE, TIGERSHIM RAINBOW MIRRORS IN PILES. And probably a shit ton more ridgebacks, I can't seem to quit ridgebacks.

Other interests: Art, science, arachnids, writing, dog training, various video games. I also have a lot of pets, who soak up a lot of my time in their own furry/scaly/feathery ways. (Right now there is a wet bird on my head giggling to herself.)
