Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 24 Tagalong Girl Scout Cookies. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup heavy cream.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Arrange the Tagalong cookies evenly over the brownie batter. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Stir until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the Tagalong cookies. Using a spatula, gently spread the peanut butter mixture to cover the cookies and brownie batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
