So, it’s Monday which means Endgame spoilers ban is no longer a thing. I won’t tag things with all the spoilers tags, but I’ll keep tagging them as endgame for the next week or so. If you haven’t seen the movie yet, that’s the tag to blacklist!

For those who want to stay away from this shit storm. I might post more about what happened to GotG and Jame Gunn to cope. But I'll tag it under "gotg negative" for you to block.
We'll get through this, fandom.
heads-up that this is literally never a sp0iler-free zone; things that are officially released by CN (including at cons) aren’t tagged anything special (except sometimes the episode titles), unofficial leaks are tagged “su leaks,” and I jump on shit pretty much the moment I see it because I get super excited
TO ANY OF MY FOLLOWERS THAT NEED S.PIDERS OR A.RACHNIDS TAGGED
This blog has been drifting more and more towards being a herp and arthropod (insects, a.rachnids, etc) blog; in the past I’ve toyed with the idea of officially adding arthropods to the description, making an announcement, and no longer tagging a.rachnid posts. However it seems a good portion of my followers are really enjoying the reptile content but are uncomfortable seeing a.rachnids, so I continue to tag a.rachnid posts.
I post a lot of a.rachnid related content and I maintain this blog in pretty tiny snippets of free time. I try very, very hard to tag everything that needs tagging, and I welcome people pointing out when I miss something so I can correct it, but if you are someone that absolutely cannot ever see a.rachnid-related content without having a serious reaction you may want to unfollow me. It is not at all that I don’t care, I want this blog to be a safe and enjoyable place for everyone, but with the volume of a.rachnid content that I post I cannot promise that I will never forget to tag a post. And I don’t want to be responsible for harming anyone’s mental health.
It dawned on me recently that more than five people are following my tumblr now, I post a lot of random stuff, and I’m really inconsistent with tags, so general note: if you’d like me to tag something so you can avoid it, please let me know! You don’t have to give me a reason, just tell me what needs to be tagged.
I’m already tagging news/politics stuff as “politics” but I can expand on that or get more granular if that would help someone out. I can also tag specific fandoms or pairings for people who aren’t as cheerfully multi-shipper as I am and would prefer to filter out other ships.
Smallwood - what’s in a name?
Or, as @callie-ariane put it What the hell is that woman’s name?!
Some time ago, I decided that if the woman’s full name is known, that’s how I should refer to her on the blog. That is, changing for example all the Mrs Hudson to Martha Hudson, Dr Stapleton to Jacqui Stapleton and all the Lady Smallwood to Elizabeth Smallwood.
I have both in verse theories and real world possible explanations about why the changing name, but... they are just theories and possible explanations.
Until this is properly sorted, I’m changing her tag back to Lady Smallwood.
Can you please tag images of spiders/tarantulas? I have a really bad phobia of them.
I always try to tag spiders/arachnids and I apologize for that one picture falling through the cracks. It always seems to be jumping spiders that I miss, I think maybe because I find them so cute my brain doesn’t register them as something possibly scary.
You can find my more detailed response to why I sometimes miss tagging spiders here, but essentially this blog contains a lot of arachnid content and although I do my very best to tag all of it I encourage anyone who would be seriously psychologically damaged by seeing an accidentally untagged spider to unfollow me. With such a high volume of arachnid posts I simply cannot guarantee that I will never miss one and I don’t want to harm anyone’s mental health.
Reminder that the tag I will be using for they new season of The Wheel of Time are:
Wot Show Spoilers
Wot s3 spoilers
Wot season 3
Wheel of time spoilers
I generally try to avoid posting or reblogging too spoilery stuff during the three days after the release but if the fan event showed me anything it is that I cannot be chill about this show and will be found yapping within hours.
That said, I will tag carefully as always and my ramblings will be under a cut.
For those who have yet to experience 301 for the first time, I envy you furiously and hope you have a great time.
See you on the other side.
