Hi, I have your theme the guardian and for some reason when I search for my t-ara tag I can't find it's content any idea why? (could you answer in private so that I can see your response? thank you ^^

Tumblr can’t track tags that have hyphens in them. I have the same issue with any theme that I use.

Try changing the tag to “tara” and then you’ll be able to find it.

Hi. I have the "rainy day" and I was wondering how to make the tags show up on the main page.

Hello, search for (use CTRL+F)

→ reblog

And add this after it:

{block:HasTags}Tags: {block:Tags}#{Tag} {/block:Tags}{/block:HasTags}

For theme 16, is there a way to make tags not appear in caps?

Search for ".per a{" and get rid of "text-transform:uppercase;"

However, this will also change the links above it. So the "Time ago (Notecount) - Reblog" will change as well.

How to make tag list?

First, make sure you add tags to your posts. When you post things, there is a box on the right hand side of the page. It looks like this.

Next, go to your Customize page.  Scroll down until you see 'Pages'.  Select 'Add a page'.

Add in your page URL and page title. The URL is how you would link back to the page. Like so:

Don't select the 'Show a link to this page' option. When using my themes, that causes issues. 

Next, we make the tag list. Select the unordered list option and start typing in your links. Afterwards, highlight them, and select the insert/edit link option.

A new window should pop up. Type in your tagged links, like so:

And do this for each one of the tags.
