Watched the camels make their way on the beach of the Ritz @ritzcarlton #jbr this evening ahead of the Tai Chi class by Master Wang from China and Master Imad @awakenconbal from London. Was very lucky to be mentored by them, as I was the only student in the class. Sadly, it was too dark to take any photos or videos of my mastering the steps to share with you. Finally, after years of yearning for Tai Chi lessons to balance out my Tae Bo and #Kickboxing energy, Tai Chi has come to town....
