Cooking Lessons With Your Host... || @taiga-ka
Riko sighed to herself as she laid across her bed, her laptop on her lap. She had no clue how long she had been making spreadsheets and training menus. But judging by the growl of her stomach and the sting of her eyes, she had been at it for a while. She sighed to herself, closing the laptop. The only thing her mind was food but there was a problem. The only cooked food items were instant stuff and her father was out of the house. Not that he could help much in the cooking department anyways. "Man, it would be nice to cook for myself--" Ah now there was an idea. There was a recipe she wanted to try still! She hopped off her bed to go rush and get it off the fridge.
But she froze halfway to the kitchen. There was no way she was cooking for herself. She remembered the last time she cooked for herself. She also didn't remember a good 30 minutes after she finished that meal. She shuddered at the memory. Not again. But what was the girl to do? It wasn't she had someone around to help her cook.
On second thought, maybe she did.
Riko turned heel back into her bedroom, snatching up her cellphone and dialing a certain redhead's number. "Come on Bakagami, pick up already... Ah-" She cleared her throat before continuing, "Kagami-kun! I'm glad you picked up. I need you to do me a favor." In her cutest pleading voice that she could possibly muster, she asked him if it was totally okay if she could come over to his house and and maybe even bring some cooking ingredients with her.
"Huh? ...Yeah I want you to help me cook again. Pretty please? For your wonderful and most amazing coach?" Really how could he say no?
