1. Do you remember the episode/scene/chapter that you first started shipping 6?

When I watched THIS deleted scene.

I did when my friend gifted her Pacho fic to me. ^^

Oh my FUCKING god how did you know.

4. If 7 were to suddenly break-up today, what would your reaction be?

In our collective headcanon, Hiddlesworth have already broken up. Also, we have a pandemic so a reunion would be close to impossible. But “Love and Thunder” hasn’t started filming yet, has it??

5. Why is 1 so important?

Because it’s been a year and I’m still drawing Valoris. It’s been a year but “Chernobyl” is still getting awards. It’s been a year and the story they told is more relevant than ever. It’s been a year. But NEXT year we’ll be visiting that meaningful bench.

6. Is 9 a funny ship or a serious ship?

Oh god Taikris is the FUNNIEST ship ever. There’s power play and there are huge insecurities and white lies and one being more attached to the other for no reason and well, Taika is Taika and Chris is Chris, how could they NOT be funny together?

7. Out of all of the ships listed, which ship has the most chemistry?

The most chemistry? That’s impossible to answer, all of them have “the most chemistry”.

8. Out of all of your ships listed, which ship has the strongest bond?

Well, I can tell which one DOESN’T have the strongest bond, and that’s Taikris because one of them doesn’t see the relationship seriously.

9. How many times have you read/watched 8’s fandom?

Jarllan is a relatively new ship, with not too much content to feed on. BUT the rare times when these boys indulge us, it’s heaven on earth.

10. Which ship has lasted the longest?

Thorki because it’s been around since 2011 and I’ve been shipping them non-stop since 2013.

11. How many times, if ever, has 2 broken up?

In my fic? Pacho have broken up once but that’s only because I haven’t written the whole thing yet. They had to break up, their time in Chernobyl was up.

12. If the world was suddenly thrust into a zombie apocalypse, which ship would make it out alive, 2 or 8?

Pacho, obviously. These boys have guns and know how to shoot a moving target. Also they've grown relentless and they have each other’s back.

13. Did 5 ever have to hide their relationship for any reason?

Not really, they lived in a farm away from prying eyes and Johnny’s family was accepting of his relationship with  Gheorghe.

14. Is 4 still together?

FUCK ME. NO. 

Did you have to ask that question? Kay/Marc is an open wound, we’re still waiting for the goddamn sequel.

15. Is 3 canon?

Toptumov? No... But who cares??

16. If all 10 ships were put into a couple’s Hunger Games, which couple would win?

Thorki because they’re gods obviously.

17. Has anybody ever tried to sabotage 10’s ship?

The Russo brothers. Because they gave Captain America a lame-ass happy ending nobody wanted. And it didn’t include Bucky.

18. Which ship would you defend to the death and beyond?

Valoris. It gives me chills to remember how persistently we had to defend that ship back when Chernobyl was a thing. Thank god it is not a thing anymore. The hate was incredible.

19. Do you spend hours a day going through 1’s tumblr page?

I don’t go to the tags, not for Valoris, not for Chernobyl, not for anything. But I do try to reblog anything Valoris/Chernobyl I’m tagged in and I try to make content for it.

20. If an evil witch descended from the sky and told you that you had to pick one of the ten ships to break up forever or else she´d break them all forever, which ship would you sink?

Taikris of course lmao. Because neither of them would give two shits, they’d move on, and I’d be happy to see Chris go back to Tom.

Most Popular One-Shot: (I’ll go with kudos on Ao3 and notes on tumblr because hits are too confusing) Jeg er Her. Aka The Hug We Didn’t See In Thor:Ragnarok And The Smut That Came After. Although it still baffles me why that particular story got more and more notes on tumblr even after the Ragnarok hype was over and it had disappeared from the tags. Did someone rec it? I have absolutely no idea.

Most Popular Multi-Chapter Story: The Hotel  (which has also been translated in Chinese). Your typical Hiddlesworth angst with lots of smut to go with it, basically the “bitter and cold” Hiddlesworth reunion during the Thor:Ragnarok premiere and the (sexy) events after that. 

Favourite Story You Wrote: Why are you making me pick a favourite? Alright. A Single Bullet because seeing Boris alone with Valery’s cat  looking for that sixth tape after Valery’s death is sad and heartbreaking and the only one of my stories that’s truly complete. 

Story You Were Nervous to Post: I’m never nervous in advance. But I did see random people asking Taika blogs about my story, “Chris in Sakaarland”, screaming that I turned Jemaine into a villain and I was kinda... weirded out. I was like, “Dude, there’s a difference between a villain and an antagonist”. Also, why don’t you ask me, the writer herself? o__O

How You Choose Your Titles: usually a word or a phrase from the text itself, or two words describing the people in it.

Do You Outline: I kinda do. Most of my stories are based on the anon asks I’m sent, so I save them all in a Word file and put them in the right order (those that are meant for one-shots, those that are meant for multiple chapters etc). So basically my anon asks lead me to the next chapter of my story. And if you check out comments on Ao3 you’ll see a lot of brainstorming with my readers on the events that will follow. Do I know in advance what’s going to happen in the final chapter? I do for Chris in Sakaarland and I just had the most fitting idea for an ending for The Boy.  Also @fmasha-l​ was nice enough to offer me a bittersweet ending for Ignorant hard-working bastard.  But most of the times I just go where the story takes me.

Coming Soon/Not Yet Started: the young Jarllan AU story where 16-year-old Jared meets 26-year-old Stellan at the Glastonbury festival (age difference ftw). The shy Catholic student is entranced by the atheist tourist from Sweden while he struggles with boarding school rules, his indifferent stepfather and his  rowdy Irish father.

Do You Accept Prompts: I absolutely do. I wouldn’t have written any of my Chernobyl or Hiddlesworth stories if it wasn’t for those prompts. At the same time I apologize in advance if not all prompts are written into fics. Lack of time, lack of inspiration or fandom fatigue make me set  priorities sadly. 

Upcoming Story You Are Most Excited to Write: 

Toptumov (untitled). I have a short headcanon for them but I’m open to prompts and suggestions.

Also, let’s make that “upcoming chapters of my on-going stories”.

The Boy: The soldiers are starting to sniff out Pavel’s “potential”. Some of them will make advances. Some of them will do a lot worse. 

Ignorant Hard-Working Bastard: Boris and Valery attend a Politburo meeting and a dinner afterwards with high-ranking party members. To his dismay, Valery has to interact with Boris’ boss, Kolya, aka prime minister Nikolai Ryzhkov. It would all be perfectly fine if “Kolya” didn’t greet Boris with a Soviet kiss and didn’t look like THIS guy.

Hello :-) Since the comment on your wonderful jealous-Jarllan-story I've been wondering, are you a discovery-writer or a planner or somewhere in between or such?

Oooooh that’s an excellent question.

Actually I never meant to write, I meant to draw, go figure. My first ever fic (from GoT) started from a scene I wrote and posted, and my friends were heartbroken (because I’m an angst hoe)  so I had to continue the story somehow. 

I’m a planner for very few of my fics, for instance my Taikris/Hiddlesworth fic, Chris in Sakaarland.  Because it actually has some plot in it. :-P I know exactly how it ends, I have in my head all the situations and the dialogues and, unless I’m too pissed by the fact that the Loki series will be about kid Loki (and not Tom Hiddleston as Loki), I might even finish it, who knows. 

I had an outline for The Sun and the Moon as well because the plot I came up with to give  Thor and Loki some major angst (before the smut) was soooo complicated that it needed some actual detective work from my part to put each element, each clue in the right place, from the very first chapter. That was the only way for the final solution to make sense and also to be a surprise to the readers.

I’ve also planned out The Boy. The continuation will be full of cliches but buttttt this story started from a random hurt/comfort anon ask  and it ended up being the story I MUST finish. And thankfully I know exactly how it ends, and how the protagonists get to that point. I hope it will break your heart (and put it back together) like it did mine when I first came up with it. 

But for the vast majority of my stories, especially the Valoris ones (and now the Jarllan story)… that all comes from anon asks and comments, as you noticed. I just put the anon asks in the right order, or I make groups (”this is good for my multi-chapter story, this is meant for a smutty one-shot, ok let’s leave Toptumov prompts for when I’m done with everything else, shall we?”).

I might identify myself more as a discovery writer because interacting with readers and other fans to come up with the continuation of a story is super addictive to me. It’s like “choose your own adventure”, like getting candy first thing in the morning. I mean, who doesn’t love collaborations and brainstorming, right? It can be stressing too, sometimes the cross pairing asks I get distract me too much. 

So you know all my secrets now. :-P The only reason why I keep writing is because I get anon asks and intriguing comments.

And then that bastard saying “Oh I see where this question’s going, is there an ongoing relationship between Korg and Thor, do they continue the friendship slash love that they established in Ragnarok? Who knows, who knows!”

And you know he means “ongoing relationship between me and Chris” I mean FUCK MY LIFE ALREADY.

You can see that Chris totally loves Taika’s headcanon about them just as he loves the attention. He’s slowly being sucked into the Taikris rabbit hole.

AND OH TAIKA’S PROBABLY NOT PULLING AT CHRIS’ TIE (if that’s the moment you’re referring to)  BUT HE MIGHT AS WELL HAVE ASDFJGLSAJAJW.

Because… The Taikris touchy- feeliness, man, it’s back with a vengeance. Even Tessa noticed and she’s yanking Taika’s hand down, “Stop groping Chris already!”

I mean we know Taika’s friendships, he’s always touchy-feely, even with Tessa. But that kind of physicality? C’mon, he’s like that only with Chris, I mean come. ON.

Taking the idea from Gwendoline Christie, we should be promoting ourselves and not acting like our creative endeavors are worthless PERIOD, no use in trying to justify it, Ms Christie. In that vein, I challenge everyone to blog their favorite of their own works, art, fic, meta, manip, doll story, whatever it may be.

Ignorant hard-working bastard:   Boris/Valery, WIP, next chapter to be posted will be The Smut. Based on prompts. A fanficcy breakdown of the best Valoris moments in the episodes with lotsa pining, misunderstandings, build-up, slow burn, mostly Boris’ POV (who is insecure af). Some Chernobyl info mentioned is taken from Svetlana Alexievich’s “Chernobyl prayer”.

The Boy: Pavel/Bacho, WIP, angst, next chapter to be posted will be The Smut (again). Based on prompts. A lost and orphaned puppy is looking for a father figure in the most unlikely of places, the Chernobyl liquidators’ camp - he’s about to find so much more. (Worry not, the sad pet stories in the first chapter are, like, very very real - yeah mine.)

A single bullet: Boris/Valery, super angsty, completed. Based on prompts. A three-chapter follow-up to “Ignorant hard-working bastard”. First chapter is Charkov’s POV with him being a bitch to Boris (because he had only been a bitch to Valery in the last episode, not fair). Second chapter is Boris meeting Vladimir Gubarev, allegedly the real-life addressee of Legasov’s tapes (there are rumours that this is not accurate but I’m not so sure why). Parts from their dialogue about the tapes are taken from Gubarev’s recent interview. Third chapter is Boris looking for the only tape the KGB couldn’t find, the tape addressed to him. 

(Crazy I know, but it’s the fic that prompted me to meet this wonderful man. No words.)

Pet, Prince, Prisoner.  Loki/The Grandmaster, WIP, dub con, smut. Loki lands on Sakaar face down, right in front of the Grandmaster’s feet.  Confession time, Frostmaster is the only word I’ve blacklisted on tumblr. The only. So I thought what the hell, let’s write about the one thing that irks me the most, sounds like fun.

Perchance to dream: Thor/Loki, prelude to “The sun and the moon”. One-shot, smut. Loki, Asgard’s young prince, is secretly learning to read minds and enters his brother’s sex dream. What (and who) he finds there is, well, beyond his dreams.

The sun and the moon: Thor/Loki, angst, smut, fluff, completed. My one and only long Thorki fic, AU, takes place before the events of the first Thor film. The story of two princes growing up together, pining for each other, fucking each other. Has a chapter dedicated to Laufey’s cruelty, whom I love. Some parts are based on the poetic and the prose Edda.

Odinson: Thor/Loki, not sure if completed because I want to explore the possibility of Thor going to Hel to bring Loki back. Almost fix-it fic. Dr Strange’s plan to send Loki to Hel - the only logical explanation for Loki’s use of a kitchen knife against Thanos that I could think of. 

Chris in Sakaarland: Taika Waititi/Chris Hemsworth, Chris Tom Hiddleston/Chris Hemsworth, WIP, smut, RPF, portal fantasy. My favoured son of a fic. Real life and “Thor:Ragnarok” events mixed in Chris’ adventure down the rabbit hole where he’s trying to figure out if his broken heart, ego and stubbornness can be fixed with casual sex with his director when he could be fighting semi-fictional characters on a fictional planet to take back what he really wants: the love of his life.

Crumbs and belly rubs: Tom Hiddleston/Chris Hemsworth. Prelude to The Hotel. One-shot, angst, RPF. Based on Tom’s Taylorgate-related GQ interview and the shit he got for his Golden Globes speech.

The Hotel: Tom Hiddleston/Chris Hemsworth. Based on a prompt. Smut, angst, RPF. Taking place during the Thor:Ragnarok premiere and the Infinity War promo tour. Based on real-life Hiddlesworth interactions, rumours and the collective tumblr headcanon/conspiracy theory of cold!Chris and sad!Tom.

1. Favorite OC to write?

I hate OC’s. >__<  I hate their guts. Oh did I tell you I hate OC’s? 

I use them only as plot devices and my single OC is Herja Skrymirsdottir in my Thorki fic “The sun and the moon”. She’s the daughter of Skrymir the Frost Giant, Loki’s betrothed, and she’s only there to help Loki out of a difficult situation. I don’t hate her, she’s based on Eleanor Tomlinson (if you haven’t seen her in “Loving Vincent”, go see her now).

But honestly, I’d rather use existing characters.

My other “OC” (that is someone who doesn’t appear as a character in the “Chernobyl” series) is Vladimir Gubarev, the real-life recipient of Legasov’s tapes. 

And I’ve written him completely out of character because in “A single bullet” he actually likes Boris Shcherbina and even trusts him with Valery’s cat (and his last tape). Imagine that.

2. Dialogue or Descriptions?

Dialogue. Because I suck at descriptions.

3. Favorite plot twist?

I could tell you but then I’d have to kill you.

4. Favorite Cliche?

Mutual secret pining.

5. Favorite season?

Summer. I take my sofa out in the garden and write in the shade of the trees, my only distraction being the turtle eating flowers that have fallen off the branches and the kittens playing at my feet. Summer, the only time when I can travel abroad to chase impossible goals.

6. Writing by hand or on a computer/phone?

Computer because I can’t read my own writing. Still all my sexy dialogues/snarky one-liners are in hand-written notes on my bedside because that’s exactly when my mind says “Note that down, you’ll need it for your Valoris fic!”. Yeah, when I’m trying to sleep. -__-

7. Music while writing?

Music while drawing. But I’d rather have my friends (or you guys) talking to me while I draw, I would finish in no time. It’s what I used to do when I was in art school, and I miss it so much. People talking help me concentrate.

8. Weirdest thing you’ve ever been inspired by?

I can only describe it in images.

9. Biggest no-no for a book? What will immediately make you put the book down if you see it?

I don’t read books, I wish I could. It took me a whole summer to finish “Chernobyl prayer” (but still I managed to finish it so that’s something).

10. What titles grab your attention in bookstores?

Titles? You mean “beautiful covers”, right?

11. Can you describe the color purple in one sentence?

Eggplant. Oh that’s one word, sorry.
