I encountered a slight hiccup with the commission tail construction in that the internal armature wasn’t strong enough to function correctly when the tail was stuffed. My solution is to build a hollow foam core. I still need to insert some pucks inside this core for stability & have to make some cuts to aid smooth movement. But I’m confident this will function a lot better whilst also making the tail substantially lighter.
