This is from Shippuden episode 464, and shows the original home of Matatabi the Two Tails. Because the Sage and his followers built temples or shrines for each of the Tailed Beasts to live in in various parts of the world.

Another day, another crossover with anime...
I'm not going to explain you anything. Just know that since here in Breath of the Wild saga are equals of the Tailed Beasts (Divine Beasts) and Jinchuurikis (Champions/Sages), there is also an equivalent of the Ten-Tails and its Jinchuuriki.
