Love means you care for and about someone. You take care of them and dedicate time to them every day. Appreciation and compassion are very important to him. When it comes to romantic love, being faithful and monogamous are extremely important as well.

He's afraid of being alone. And afraid of Reapers.

Talking about sex or things relating to it are very embarrassing for him.

He likes them both, but sour is his favourite.
