Two years and four months.

All the lovely flashbacks of the third years which I want to enjoy but worry about anyway, in case this is their last game... Little details that interested me.

Ono seems to have decided to become a catcher at Seidou. He also played for Minami senior. 

Shirasu went to Karasu-ya middle school. LOL at the name game. Shirasu also said he respects those who throw right and bat left. Which is how Miyuki introduced himself, basically...;) Aw.

Mochi said that Seidou ‘picked him up’ from Chiba. Like a stray puppy ;)

Not sure what to make about Eijun this chapter. He had the opportunity to talk to Miyuki, but didn’t. But he did seem a bit more himself. The chapter was more about the third years than him though, so I guess we’ll see.

I like how the chapter brought together all the moments that made them a team, from their arrival to the point of their fielding practice, although I am always wary of such sentimental scenes before a big game when it comes to this manga.

But I want to take something positive from the comment at the end of the chapter: “The next conversation (対話) will be on the Koushien stage.” (crossing fingers).

I am entirely fine with Eijun coming on to be the hero pitcher to save the final and take them to Koushien, if that’s how it rolls. Even if it is a cliche and even if I’d like the third years to be the heroes. So long as they win it...that’s what matters now.

Also something at the end about the results for teams across the different regions of Japan next week? Maybe another week or two before the Inajitsu game...?
