Yeah, that’s probably a good idea. It might not change anything, but it would still be good for them to be aware. If Dolk has had this much trouble sending out one in-stock item, I can’t imagine they’ve never had other issues, and dealer problems could impact company sales.
I’d already been thinking I might contact Granado just to see if I could find out whether Dolk was getting a spare part for the doll or if they knew any other reason that might explain the delay, but I suppose it doesn’t really matter at this stage.
