The Headcanon of Tai, Matt and Sora
As I have done with Naruto, I have decided with Digimon. Though I feel I must focus on Tai, Matt and Sora for this post.
Now I have only really watched the English version though am aware of the Japanese version. But, I noted in the first season hints for Matt and Sora as much as I noticed Tai and Sora and how it was pushed in the Our War Game! film (Digimon the Movie in the Western World which, to be brutally honest, was bloody awful that I’m glad I got to watch the original three films singularly).
So I have come up with this lovely headcanon.
Now, yes Matt and Sora got together and eventually marry, but I happen to think in their teens and early twenties, they got involved both with Tai, who they saw as a friend and as something closer. So that means to me:
Yamato “Matt” Ishida and Taichi “Tai” Kamiya were bisexual and just as open and loving to one another and attentive as they were to Sora Takenouchi.
