I always thought that Takashi would hurt Choromatsu by complete accident.

Like Choromatsu would try to do a cute thing with Takashi now that they’re dating that he sees in manga and anime (like covering their eyes and going “guess who~”), but it would backfire horribly as Takashi’s fight or flight instincts kick in.

The thing is, Ashikaga does the same kind of stuff to him, but he’s used to how her hands feel and at what angle since she’s so tall. Choromatsu’s hands are different, and he’s much shorter than her, so he immediately sees this as a scary stranger and a threat.

So when Choromatsu comes in, his face so sweet as he begins to speak in a sing-song, it’s abruptly cut off with a heel kick to the balls.

Takashi isn’t exactly strong, but he can exert a lot of force when his adrenaline is high enough.

While Choromatsu is doubled over in pain, Takashi apologizes profusely the entire time and tries his best to comfort him any way he can.

If you and your f/o were to get a pet, what would it be?

I think they'd get a kitty cat! Takashi is used to being around dogs, so I think he'd be surprised by how lowkey comparatively cats are. And I think Choromatsu likes cats (not just because of Nyaa-chan... He seems to really like ESP Kitty in promo art). They would adopt one from a rescue or shelter. I think Choromatsu would love a chatty cat that he can complain to and pretend is listening whenever Takashi is at work.

Who’s the clingier one in the relationship?

Oh, no question, definitely Choromatsu. I imagine at some point, they would move in together and Choromatsu basically becomes the house husband. He's used to being surrounded by people all day, so he'd get really lonely (which is where the cat comes in). He would get so excited when Takashi finally comes back home and would bombard him with questions and comments ("How was work? Did that one co-worker bother you again? I went to the market today and they had this on sale!"). Takashi likes hearing him talk, though. And he thinks it's cute because he notices Choromatsu's voice always gets like an octave higher when he gets home from work.

Who gets jealous?

Osomatsu... I think they would have difficulty coming to an understanding at first since Rin isn't very obviously affectionate. That would make Osomatsu afraid that he wasn't good enough. Rin does state very bluntly how they feel on the inside, however, and it's that they don't want to be with anyone but Osomatsu. So they talk and Rin makes more of an effort to verbally says how he feels. It's gotten better, but Osomatsu still gets jealous sometimes...

How do you comfort each other on a bad day?

UWEHHH THIS IS A CUTE QUESTION... I think they both like holding each other when they're down. Osomatsu also likes laying his head on Rin's lap. Rin's naturally pretty quiet, so the sound of their breathing is enough to calm Osomatsu's nerves. Rin always thinks he's not doing enough since he has trouble getting in touch with his emotions, but Osomatsu assures him that he does just fine. Rin sometimes has mental health episodes and Osomatsu goes into Nii-chan Mode to comfort him. They had to communicate what works during these scenarios and what Osomatsu needs to do to not also start freaking out, but they come to an understanding eventually. Osomatsu would take him out of overstimulating environments and try his best to be comforting.

How did you two meet?

Osomatsu saw Rin all the time in a specific spot in a park when he was walking to the convenience store. He'd start subconsciously going out on a snack run at the times he remembers Rin being there. He would notice when Rin was missing and think far too much about this complete stranger. Eventually, I think Osomatsu would think about approaching him, only for Rin to be the one to instigate the conversation by wordlessly giving him some sketches of Osomatsu going to and from the convenience store. Osomatsu fell pretty hard after that.

Who’s the tease in the relationship?

ASHIKAGA. I mean, it's basically her job to tease men, so she's good at it. Karamatsu is also really easy to tease, generally speaking. She likes making him babble and stutter out purple prose. She's also more experienced with relationships than Karamatsu and uses that to her advantage. None of it is malicious, though, just teasing.

Who’s the more protective one?

Karamatsu, technically? He wants to be a knight in shining armor for his beautiful princess, but Ashikaga is very capable of taking care of herself lol. But if anyone tries to mess with his princess, they mess with him. We all know he seems passive, but he can be tough and scary when the situation calls for it. Exclusivematsu to the rescue. I think Ashikaga is protective of Karamatsu in her own way since she sees how most people react poorly to him just being himself... And she understands that scrutiny...

How did you two meet?

They met through Takashi and Choromatsu! Choromatsu is embarrassed of his brothers, and Karamatsu would be the second one both Takashi and Ashikaga meet. Karamatsu would put on his usual charm, calling Ashikaga a goddess or something. While everyone else reacts with disgust, she... Actually likes it?! She giggles and flirts right back. Even Karamatsu is left speechless, not expecting this to have gone in his favor. Takashi asks later if she was messing with him, and she shakes her head and says "He's funny. I like him." Karamatsu is dazed for the rest of the day, a stupid little grin stuck on his face.

How do you both express affection?

Takashi is more physically affectionate than Choromatsu, since PDA makes him embarrassed. Takashi likes to cuddle and give Choromatsu little kisses when they're alone. Choromatsu shows his affection by being kind of a nag lol. Like he'll very softly reprimand Takashi for staying up too late or not eating enough balanced meals. He says it because he cares. I think what they both do with each other is listen and engage with their interests. I mean, it helps that they're pretty similar, but there are things that one has more knowledge of than the other. Choromatsu has always felt guilty for having otaku interests, and none of his brothers ever shared that with him, so it's nice to actually have someone to talk to that understands and listens.

What are your favorite activities to do together?

They love doing pretty much anything together, but I think they love going to idol shows! It's not even really about seeing whatever idol is on stage, it's more about the ritual of getting ready, going there, and feeling that energy and adrenaline together. They also like going to Akihabara together and looking at all the different niche stores, rambling about whatever catches their eye. They're just two silly lil nerds.
