Take One (1977) // dir. Wakefield Poole
pick one for yourself
get cracked like a glow stick
get picked up by your head and shaken out like a dusty rag
steamrolled
drawn and quarted...but not all the way, just enough
torture rack, again...just enough
picked up and stretch like long cat
For anyone who needs it!

Take what you need. 💫
This freaky little animatronic has popped up on two different item identification subreddits; one from 6 years ago, and the other just 5 months ago. I was immediately intrigued by its sheer grotesque weirdness, and was desperate to know what it did.
After some digging, I got my answer!
Gotta say, this isn't what I expected it to do at all; my assumption was it would just make agonized screams, but evidently this guy is content enough with his disturbing existence to sing a song.
Also worth noting: Take One made some neat props over time, but due to their name, it's REALLY hard to find their stuff online without all the results being Halloween candy bowls that say "take one". :(
