Like

We play on the playground with other kids to have relief from the rigorous grind in the classroom. We tend to hang around the kids we like and stay away from those we don’t. What we like sways us in that direction fulfilling our needs. It is so important to surround ourselves with like kind, we simulate what they do and go where are they headed. We learn from osmosis and need people of like kind, that share the same qualities, that we can learn from.

What we desire can become problematic causing harm to our lives. When we like someone that doesn’t reciprocate back it can bring depression. If we like food, alcohol, sex to much, we develop behaviors that don’t serve us well. We need to be careful what we like to make sure it is not a negative direction taking us down the wrong road. We get steered off course if we don’t like what we’re doing.

Open our eyes,

Ying and yang,

Brings pleasure.

Take a look at our lives with open eyes to see where we stand today. If we are doing the things we like it makes it easier and we can make it to the finish line. Surround ourselves with positive, happy people and like where we’re headed bringing peace and joy.

Monotony

We keep up with all our responsibilities and they become dull and boring. Our daily lives are full of mundane tasks and the monotony begins to overwhelm us feeling there is no end in sight. The monotony of raising children, going to work, attending school, we need to create space for fun and excitement. The monotony of what we do daily is what makes us successful in the end. When we look from a different viewpoint this opens up opportunity making monotony a good thing.

We start a diet and the monotony of eating the same foods makes us fail. We save money to buy a house or whatever we desire, until we get tempted and the monotony of saving money lost value. The “routines” we keep make us more successful and achieve what we set out after. If we look from a different view point we can see the positive benefits of monotony, our minds,”love order”, and rewards us for accomplishing everything we set out after.

Helps us achieve,

It’s good for us,

Keeps us on track.

We choose how we “look at our lives” and “what we want to accomplish”. If we take a positive approach at monotony we can see how it plays a pivotal part in the success in what we set out to achieve. Monotony has order, see the good in it.
