Is this true?

Is this guy the nicest protagonist in Far Cry?

I never played Far Cry. His game was my introduction to the franchise and it was through a online playthrough

There was a meme I saw (the one where someone is stacking down domino’s from smallest to largest (or vice versa)) and it was of Far Cry, and had Takkar (doing something unquestionably and unnecessarily ridiculous) as the smallest domino and the largest domino as Dani (also doing something unquestionably and unnecessarily ridiculous) and it basically joked “all far cry protagonists are descendants of Takkar”. And I find it hilarious, because despite how unlikely it is, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was true.

All the protagonist have (at least one) good qualities, enough to do something for the right reason, while being capable of so much violence, and at the same time do something unquestionably risky and ridiculous that just makes me go “yep, there’s Takkar’s genes kicking in.”

What about you? Do you think there’s some “secret connection” between the protags and Takkar?

I believe the only character from Primal who’s canonically connected to another character from the Far Cry franchise is Urki, the ancestor of Hurk, and by extension of Adelaide and/or Hurk Sr. and Sharky.

I don’t know if there are other connections between the Far Cry protagonists or if some are secretly related (in the minds of the writers), but according to a study from 2004, mathematically, the last common ancestor of all living humans may have lived only a few thousand years ago! Primal takes place in 10,000 BC, approximately 12,000 years ago, so they might actually all descend from Takkar!

And in a sense, I guess we could also say that all Far Cry protagonists are descendants of Jack Carver :)
