if we assume there was a strong family resemblance, the closest we might get to seeing what the actual Soji looked like is this composite image, which uses a photo of Okita Kaname shown in this book to create a young version of the face and a still photo of Shimada Junshi in the 1965 Shinsengumi series for the body and background.
