❁ Diana Ramirez is the daughter of Indrani Mitra Ramirez and Stephen Ramirez. She is the eldest child, her brother Daniel Ramirez is two years younger than her.

❁ Her dad, who had a very estranged relationship with his father, lived in Dehradun, India with his uncle and aunt and later worked at Calcutta University, It's there where he met her mom. Diana was born in Kolkata and they stayed there till she turned sixteen. They had to return back to Chicago when Diana's paternal grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease.

❁ Diana has a very close relationship with her mother's side of the family but her relationship with her dad's side had always been strained, mostly because she's biracial and also because of her father's already strained relationship with his parents.

❁ Di, still makes it a point to visit India once every year, the only exception was during her second year, when she was still recovering from the attack.

❁ Deeper into her relationship with Ethan, he tags along with her in those trips, Di's grandmother is quite fond of him.

❁ As a student, Diana had always been moderately studious. She would study when required and also spend time on co-curricular activities.

❁ Never much of a party person, her student life involved mostly late night library runs for books on her latest obsession, hanging out with her best friend Valerie and obliterating competition in the debate team.

❁ She has had three relationships before Ethan, only one amongst them being something close to the relationship between her and Ethan.

❁ Her med school boyfriend, Dr. Arjun Ghosh parted with her on friendly terms, he was her only serious relationship before Ethan.

❀ Diana's brother, Dan, starts his Paediatrics Residency at Edenbrook in Diana's third year. During which he gets to know Sienna quite well (Diana is thrilled about that)

❀ Di's maternal grandfather passed away when she was just two. She doesn't remember much about him except for the stories she heard from her grandmother about how alike the two of them are.

❀ Both Di and Dan have Indian middle names, both given by their grandmother. Hence, amongst their family at India, they are Torsha and Stotra respectively.

❀ During the first sixteen years of her life, Diana was attached to the hip with her cousin Astha, they still have a very close relationship and are partners in all sorts of adventures whenever the girls are together.

❀ Di is closer to her mom than she is to her dad.

❀ Dan was the first person in her entire family to support Diana's relationship with Ethan. He is now a very good friend to Ethan.

❀ Di shares her love for Indian cuisine with her Uncle Arun and both of them have epic chess matches whenever they meet.

I was reading Stranglehold and then the news broke out. What. a. boner. kill. He’s so dumb. Everything you’re saying is how I feel. He fucked up and has put his career in danger that won’t recover. And if it’s with Pinterest girl I just- there goes his privacy. This time he can’t break up with her they’re married and he’s her baby daddy.

he’s so dumb. he’s so incredibly stupid. like he really spent his whole life in this single-minded pursuit for singing and being able to sing, and he landed himself incredible opportunities to do so - but then didn’t take them, and instead put them in jeopardy with something that every other male idol around him seems to be able to handle without an issue.

tbh I think it’d be incredible if he married pinterest girl. they’re manifesting their interior decor pinterest boards they managed together!!!11 gonna get a house and do just what they imagined :’) that’s true love baybee!!!
