Hey you! If you're not about the music and you just want to listen to three incoherent college kids ramble, LISTEN TO THIS. (due to technical difficulties, it's unequalized. I tried guys.)

talkin bout a knit-alution
i find it a little weird to talk about knitting...or purling for that matter ultimately it's more of a doer sport
either you do or you don't
(a small note on publicity and how to keep things kosher (which, by the way, how did KOSHER end up being the tagword for "nice" or "right"???))
if you want to talk about people on your blog, it's not a good idea to make obvious references to them ON your blog in case they ever see your blog
it may hurt their feelings or make them dislike you, and if you do that, you just never know who you're dealing with...
they could have a blog and then trash you or your blog or both...and again, you just never know... (was that an i-carly lesson i just referenced??? oops, too much babysitting :-/)
so beware the talking hands (when they're not knitting but typing, that is)
which goes back to my point, knitting is much more about shutting people up WITH the needle (not violently, but passively)
like, yes, i'm listening, kind of, if i feel like it, but you'll never really know if i care or not, and certainly i don't care more about what you're talking about than this knitting i'm still working on in your face while you talk to me about something i either do or don't care about
but i CAN smile while i knit, which makes you feel secure and joyful, even in spite of your confusion (how does she do that AND talk/listen??!?)
one day it'll all be knitting :)
(and now, back to it!)
