I can imagine Noiz thinking he's all smart switching the sugar with salt on Clear, but then forgets that the person who eats the cooking is him and not Clear. Better yet, he totally remembers and complains that it's salty and that's what get Clear all confused, but then Clear feels really guilty, and Noiz feels bad and explains that it was actually his own fault the food came out salty.
