She legitimately had armed guards bring a convicted felon troll to behead so she could use their blood to paint. This could be seen as both a punishment and a service to the community on Alternia, given she culled the troll. The blood isn’t being wasted, and the body will probably be disposed of by beasts. No one will miss the troll, and they had this coming. And this is clearly not the first time Amisia has done this. She knows what to do here. She’s had them bring other prisoners up to her studio before. THE SAME GUARDS. And these guys just stand by while she does this without so much as flinching.
This goes to show how much authority Indigo bloods have on Alternia and how much power the cooler colors have over the warmer colors.
