ever once in a while i get reminded about how awesome homestuck merch is i had the genius idea to get a poster of troll jegus. unfortunately no one made any. however i did find this rad piece of art that i can use to make a custom one.

ok, while listening to the indigo the music per se, i just realized something about the characters, some classpect-y stuff.   you know how equius can't ever seem to draw a bow?  well a lot happened because his ancestor couldn't draw a bow once.

you might say he inHEIRited that VOID.

and just like John, another Heir,  started out doing his windy stuff, and his prankstery, freedom inspiring stuff subconsciously, not always knowing what he was doing at the time?  equius seems to have a similar thing going on, where he’s not quite seeing the picture yet, but still doing stuff.

Can I just talk about this for a sec?

She legitimately had armed guards bring a convicted felon troll to behead so she could use their blood to paint. This could be seen as both a punishment and a service to the community on Alternia, given she culled the troll. The blood isn’t being wasted, and the body will probably be disposed of by beasts. No one will miss the troll, and they had this coming. And this is clearly not the first time Amisia has done this. She knows what to do here. She’s had them bring other prisoners up to her studio before. THE SAME GUARDS. And these guys just stand by while she does this without so much as flinching.

This goes to show how much authority Indigo bloods have on Alternia and how much power the cooler colors have over the warmer colors.

And also goes to show how fucking metal this society is.
