Sooo how would Edna know that thunderhead would be good with kids? She doesn’t seem like the type of person to watch the news or like listen to the radio and she’s definitely not out in the field so i came up with a little story maybe ill make a mini comic idk depends if y’all like the idea but for now ill give you some head cannons for thunderhead
His name is Brantley miller,he does[would ig they weren’t started till the 70s 🥲] charity runs,his oldest child is 14 and youngest is 5.Most of them have some sort of powers nothing particularly powerful i like the idea of him and Scott running around trying to wrangle kids who can teleport or blow things up with 5 of them i feel could get very frustrating,they most definitely have movie nights popcorn and all.he is dyslexic poor boy does Not read and it being the 40s I doubt he got any help for it it makes me so sad thinking about where he says you’ll probably have better teachers then me like that is man who tried so hard and you can’t tell he didn’t,definitely broke his nose falling out of a tree as a kid no proof he just seems like that he was that sorta kid,had a pretty bad stutter as a kid[go to my other thunderhead post for more explanation its not much but lol] and still has a bit now,he stares at peoples mouth because of it he can not hear you without watching you say it im sorry its like the adults in peanuts if your not facing him[definitely something him and hypershock has fought about] nothing is going through his head,he da baby was getting bullied no friends for him with him being a pushover i can see people inviting him to parties or daring him to do something just to make a fool out of him and he keeps doing it but idk if he knows and hes to trusting to think they’d do it again,that their laughing with him or that hes just that desperate for any kinda attention that he doesn’t care,he can bake but can BARELY cook its OK cause he has to cook for the kids but got a bake sell hes on it he doesn’t use recipes most of them are memorized[if he didn’t like you know die when all his kids move out they write them out of recipe cards after fourth minutes of discussing How “with your heart” isn’t a actual measurement]and if he wants to make something new Scott and his coworkers are sacrifices oh he wants to try to make a red velvet cake for the first time oh Scott’s brought a cake today he used to ask the kid but they like anything with sugar in it as long as it isn’t burnt,he’s a actually pretty emotionally smart to others he good at comforting others and helping them work through stuff[again hypershock would feel uncomfortable by this cause it would make him feel weak and its annoying that this dingus understands his feel more then he does]but thunderhead himself wouldn’t be good at self control[beiung noted as easily controlled by his emotions] but has good hindsight so he would go and apologize for it
His kids,their power and ages[these are practically ocs ]if their last name isn’t miller they haven’t changed it and its their og last name from their first parents
Brantley’s first kid adopted at 8 she has shield powers gray pulses that form an shield she has almost full control of them any shape or size she can make them float but the bigger they get the weaker and she can make small lights she has lots of freckles, brown hair,green eyes a big taller then average kinda lanky but she grows out of it sweetpea or Susie from thunderhead he has a soft spot for her
Brantley’s third kid adopted at 9 he has a super jump he can currently jump up to 15 feet he can float hes not fully invincibly but enough that currently he doesn’t hurt himself when landing he has bright red flat overgrown hair [hates haircuts] very rosy skin,brown eyes,has kinda bad teeth[malnutrition]loves to annoy his siblings ‘Mikey,bud or Mike man’ from Scott and thunderhead
His fourth kid adopted at 6 he can change objects densities all the sudden the balls feel like a rock against your foot he has to touch the object at least once to affect it its hard for him to do it to moving objects but can change 9 objects at onnce he has very short dirty blonde hair ,gap tooth,tan skin very shy and quiet, hates being held down or scared ,Tommy from them both
His 3 kid adopted at 6[two months before thomas] half Italian[from his dads side] Hydrokinesis as well as water breathing and swimming very fast in water almost teleportation fast has a very hards time controlling his kinesis because he is impatient and easily distracted dark curly hair,olive toned skin,a bit pudgy and has sharp teeth still has visitation with his parents[supervised his mother being a recovering drug addict and father having a record cause he was young and dumb but they didn’t mistreat him still not chill his mother lived like that with him home tho >:1]

His fifth kid adopted at 1 she is the kid in the drawing she is mixed [her mother being colored and father being white they are both dead so…:P]she has cloud hair[kinda]being able to shape her clouds into inanimate and animated objects with their own consciousness and when they get destroyed or she makes they leave they keep their memories from before she can float she is very excitable she was saved from a car crash by thunderhead[after a fight gamma jack’s ‘collateral damage’ come in real bad very lucky it wasn’t storming that day] bright blue eyes first word was ‘thumber dada’ [late development] at daycare after it started to storm
