Such an interesting tree! It was extremely hard to capture it in a photograph. It sprouted on top of the cliff, and its roots found their way down through a crevice, into the rich soil. It appears that at one time, the tree had fallen over, but it came back, tall and strong with new growth! Both the new and old tree (which you can see running horizontally), are alive and well! It was so beautiful and unique! One of my favorite trees we’ve found ! Located deep in the wilderness, I wonder how many people have got to see this gem?! Most likely, only us, and now you! :)

Every angle of the waterfall offered new beauty. Light passing through the ice made it appear teal and blue. It was beyond beautiful! And the sound... ahh, one of my favorites. This place is so peaceful and secluded. It has that raw, wild feeling. Literally right beside the road, only a few hundred feet below... you’d think we were in another world.
