While if Talon did have a phone he still wouldn’t really like to use it for texting as it’s harder to tell if he’s genuinely being mean or sarcastic over text. So for people he’s more of friends with he’ll throw in cat emojis and emoticons so they can tell he’s not being super serious if he makes biting comments. He’s more about sending pictures though so you’ll get daily doses of cats and views from things Talon has climbed.
