Yes, he can see now why this Asav has a certain reputation for instilling fear. Despite the intimidating setup here, he flounders through nothing. Relinquishing any form of control would be ridiculous, and the more Talbot watches, the more he doubts this man has ever given that control up. And then Talbot wonders what it would take to break him. He does love a good manipulation. A simple dose from one of his poisons won’t cut it, not when the man is clearly built with an ox-like strength. He deserves something better.

While Marlowe is off chasing whispers of Sir Francis Drake's ring, Talbot finds himself working with Asav on locating another artifact.

A slow-burn power couple for the books? Or a fiery blaze that lasts but a moment before burning up forever?

What started as a joke quickly devolved into us becoming really attached to the crack ship that is Talsav, it's a hilarious pairing but we love it! I hope everyone else enjoys it too!
