It took her a few moments to get oriented. One second she'd been shot and was staring down at her rapidly blooming gunshot wound in horror and the next she was nearly over the edge of the bed with Bucky wrapping an arm around her tightly to keep her from going over.

"Thanks," she managed to get out distractedly as her eyes scanned the room quickly for any threats even as her mind told her she was safe.

Letting him tug her more onto the bed she sat up slightly before leaning forward, hands to her forehead for a moment. "Definitely not my favorite way to wake up," she said after a few moments before turning back to him. "Did I wake you?"
