Talk Hard Welcomes Chris DeRose, Tamale Sepp and musical guest, Crassus!
Talk Hard Media, August 2, 2013: This Friday at midnight, Talk Hard, Chicago’s hit late-night, uncensored talk show is proud to present Chris DeRose. Chris is a contributor on the WCIU’s, “You & Me This Morning” parlaying his knowledge of Chicago into fun history segments. Chris is also an improviser and actor with performances at ComedySportz, Second City, iO and the Annoyance theaters under his belt. In addition, he is also a founding member of the all-male musical improv group, Mansical.
Also joining the show is Tamale Sepp. Tamale is a modern Jane of all trades performing stand-up comedy, burlesque, fire dancing and even as a drag king. Recently named one of the 50 Hot Women in Comedy on AfterEllen.com, Tamale is bringing her unique, daring brand of comedy live on the Talk Hard stage.
Rounding out the evening, Crassus will be bringing back their comedic stylings. Crassus is a power duo that plans to ravish you with laughter, hopefully while amassing great wealth but avoiding their own messy decapitations. You know: comedy. Crassus is Geoff Crump and Nat Topping. Crassus has performed at Chicago Sketchfest, The Big Little Comedy Festival, and a multitude of friendly venues around the city of Chicago. Oh yeah, and Rockford. They headlined in Rockford once.
As always, this show is live and uncensored, hosted by the unpredictable Jamie Campbell, and written by a staff that was hand-picked from Chicago’s world famous comedy scene.
