JUST had our first show of Amaterasu and the Cave last night, we're having another show tonight and our afternoon show is tomorrow!! Scorpion princess did great, and so did Fen (Amaterasu's attendant). I had to use a clone for Susano but hey! It worked out, the lighting and sets turned out great!! Pop by Moon Fortune Theatre tonight or tomorrow if you've got time!! We're still holding auditions for some misc roles and the emperor role for Tamamizu!!

Kipnapped: Part 6

The villagers of Isari have been very kind to me. I struck a bargain with the fishermen- I would help with the maintenance of their boats and the docks. In turn, they would ferry me across the Ruby Sea so that I could make contact with the Kojin. According to the tales of the fishermen, the tribe of Blue Kojin live beneath the sea in an underwater village. How fascinating! 

After about a sennight the villagers seemed pleased with my work and upheld their end of the bargain. We said our farewells as I stood upon the bow of the little fishing boat while one of the fishermen took me out to sea. I saw a number of wondrous things in my journey, but few things caught me eye like that giant tower off in the distance. It looked like it reached up past the clouds! Is it possible for such at thing to exist? How can it possibly be structurally sound!? Were I not so desperate to return home I might have diverged from my path. But I have been gone too long.

The fisherman took me above the area where the Blue Kojin were supposed to live. I could see from the surface that there was some sort of bubble down below us but I couldn’t quite make out the details. I said farewell to my newfound friend before diving into the Ruby Sea. The water was surprisingly clear, and even with the blur in my eyes. It became apparent to me how intimidating this descent would be, but I held my breath to the best of my ability and used every ounce of my strength to dive deep enough to reach one of the entrances to the bubble.

I think I could feel the water entering my lungs around the same time I fell haphazardly through the gates of the bubble. To say I was a bit spooked when I stumbled forward and began coughing up my lungs would be an understatement. Had I not taken the time to rest in that village I most certainly wouldn’t have survived this.

Once I was able to get to my feet, however, I was stunned at the sight! I was worried that there would be no oxygen down here but thankfully I was mistaken. The Kojin people themselves were quite intimidating to say the least, but despite their appearances they were actually quite friendly!

The gatekeeper was quick to check up on me, and after some back and forth explaining my situation, he suggested that I speak to their leader- Bunchin. If there was anyone that knew a way to restore one’s aether, it would be him.

Much like the rest of the Kojin, Bunchin was just as agreeable. We talked at length about my journey thus far and the troubles I had encountered across the way. I was quick to offer my services, as I tend to do, in order to earn the the ability to learn how to restore my aether. It wouldn’t feel right to ask for something without giving something else in return. Thankfully most people around these parts are willing to compromise. Together, Bunchin and I brokered a deal in which I would assist a new faction rising among his people - the Divine Circle. Apparently I was to help find and craft them treasures to add to their vaults. Thankfully my skill set had come in handy yet again, and I happily agreed to the terms.

I feel I am on the cusp of returning home, and my thoughts are filled with my friends and family. It’s been practically two moons since I’ve seen a familiar face, and now that I’ve gotten the chance to sit down and take a breather I can’t help but feel terribly lonely. I miss everyone. I hope you’re all doing okay.

Today we finally complete the Kojin Beast Tribe Quests and rank up to 8, but personally it has raised so many questions, and made me want so much more!

Also it took them 2 expansions to finally have a satisfying final beast tribe Rank 8 quest.
