Natsu LOVES Lucy. And he’s just so obvious?? My boy does anything and everything possible for Lucy without her even asking??? And the way he hypes her up with compliments and defends her in front of other people???? Like who’re you to complain about my wife whenever anything negative is mentioned about her???? And AND the way he shows her that he needs her and verbally expresses his emotions with desperation?????

Sometimes I just wonder how when I started watching Fairy Tail, I thought of Lucy as an “average” character. Now? I’d defend her against the entire world.

So i just saw a few pages of the most recent chapter of edens zero and holy shit mashima's artstyle has "changed" (not evolved, mind me) and it's giving off shoujo manga vibes lmao makes me realise how better he drew fairy tail back in 2016-17 and how unique the artsyle was

Me re-watching Dragon Cry to feel something again: We as a Fandom don't talk enough about the end scene with Natsu, Lucy and Happy when they are holding eachother and called eachother family. My Nalu heart was racing. Also when Soyna says that she wished she and Animus would have loved as they did, he immediately looks to Lucy. They are together but they both a little blind to it, but it's fine we forgive them lmao

YESS YESSS we don't talk enough about Natsu, Lucy and Happy sharing their family moment honestly! Like it's such an underrated scene ugh!!!

Everything aside-

Just look at how happy they are, blessed to have each other in their lives. Look how Natsu's puts his arms around Lucy and Happy🥺 (sobs and sobs)

Perfect little family with daddy, mommy and their kitty~ (never separate Happy from Nalu, they're incomplete without him)

And YESS, Sonya acknowledging their relationship and wanting to have one with Animus made me so soft (even tho I was indifferent to her for the most part)

Ofc they ARE together, and yeah we're generous we forgive them for being a little too blind lololol.

Natsu and Happy chose Lucy over everyone else, to spend their time with before war and even tho she was just lying there reading a book, boys still prefered staying with her and casually playing strip poker

I love headcanons bc on one side they can be specific like, Natsu body temperature is really high so when he holds Lucy hand he locks his pointer finger with hers so he doesn't make her hand sweaty, but then on the other side it's the most random things like, Lucy hate the taste the cookie dough. I love it. (Two personal headcanons of mine lol)

I love the first one so much! I'd like to add this tiny bit :

It's 'cause Natsu knows that Lucy hates sweaty palms, he doesn't wanna make her feel uncomfortable since he loves holding her hand. Lucy figures out his concern and tries to ensure him that it's ok and not his fault, also that she doesn't really mind. And at some point, she grows accustomed to his high body temperature, none of them bother about it. Lucy even stops carrying extra clothes in cold weather, all she needs is to grab his hand or hold him.

Ohh anddd Lucy disliking cookie dough? Hmm, maybe she just isn't a fan of sweet things in the first place, she loves sour food in general (tart cherries are her fave), and started liking spicy foods after getting close to Natsu?
