We have started to paint the neighbourhood of Blk 485-490, 499 clusters in the #TampinesTingkat colour scheme. Four blocks (487A-C, 488B) have this Civil Defence shelter ventilation structures which look like little cottages. The contractor has proposed some options but I think residents and public could come up with more interesting ideas. 😀 Do send me your proposals (try to keep to the #TampinesTingkat colour scheme) via email [email protected] by 31 Dec. Someone sent me this photo of this cute baby holding something resembling a colour scheme choice for block repainting. Coincidentally, it is also the top choice based on a straw poll I did on InstaStory. However, all these don’t really matter as only residents’ votes count. Tampines Blk 485A-490B, 499A-C will be getting a new coat of paint. We worked with the contractor to come out with two new colour schemes based on the Tingkat theme. Hope residents like it. They can also choose Scheme 3 which uses the existing colours. Tampines Town Council will go with the scheme with the highest number of votes. Residents should have already received the voting forms.
