hey all

I know I’ve been way less active here the past couple of weeks, and frankly I blame my job and the fact that my wife just had surgery and will be having another on the 30th. it’s been hella busy and stressful, but I hope that once everything irl levels out, I have more time to burn on here. my wife and dealing with my anxiety about this job unfortunately come first, which I hope you understand. be back soon!

back from the holiday break, folks. there’s no real way for me to catch up on two weeks’ worth of dashboard so I’ll just go from here. work is still what it was when I left it. please, 2020, make some good happen. please.

I’ve looked at all my fall-back options and have decided that pillowfort is gonna be the best backup to tumblr in the event I need to have a fall-back. it’s still very much in beta, but god knows tumblr’s growing pains were rough and I know adjusting won’t be too difficult. I’ll link through my main blog when I have my key and account set up. thanks for bearing with me, guys. I’ll still be here, but having an alternative quiets my brain lizards.

gf and I turned in our application and deposit for our first apartment today :’) it’s been so scary but so much fun too and I feel so grown up. we’ll hopefully be moved by september at the latest!
