I'm sure a lot of us have been through similar things. I know that for a while I had to listen to flames to get comfortable when I'd get all fired up(pun, not intended) though it never really just hits the right spot. like yea... the sounds are nice, but without the physical feeling it just doesn't feel right. point is, I understand somewhat.

can i have some positivity for a Tango (Last Life) kin who had a really rotten relationship with his teammates? they messed me up and took advantage of me, and i feel guilty for still being angry about it.

I'm really sorry to hear that your teammates messed you up and took advantage of you. And havin a rotten relationship with teammates sounds like it wasn't a good team to be in... That's really unfair, and it wasn't your fault that they did that to you.

I can understand your guilt - it's valid. Sometimes we feel guilty when we're "not grateful" that we have teammates, friends, etc. at all, and guilty to feel angry to those that hurt us for many reasons, be it shaming from others, disbelief from society, or the fact that these teammates may have prevented you from gaining support from other people. (These are just examples, I don't want to assume what you're going through).

But! Your hurt was, and is, real. It's 100% okay to feel angry about it. It's also okay to be angry at your teammates too. You were mistreated, they messed you up... it was cruel, what they did to you. Because it hurts you. It's okay to be angry about the unfair treatment your teammates have given you. You deserve much better than this. You deserve teammates who respect you and treat you well. And I hope you have a better support system now.
