Some of the people in Kunlun can enter secluded meditations for years - the room itself supports their energy needs. I'm not like them though - I have other attachments than just cultivating. I can't afford to lose that time.

geez, um. i think she was already having a bad day, and i'm pretty sure she got in trouble for leaving. and at that time i don't think she actually believed i was being bullied that badly, she thought i just forgot what locker was mine or something...?

Why would people think it's awful? That's stupid. I bet there's some fucked up shit you can do with white magic if you're creative enough.

With black magic at least, people’s main issue is kinda obvious haha. Black magic is all about destruction; blowing things up with fire, ice, or lightning. White magic is all about healing and creation by contrast, which on the surface seems perfectly fine. Except the way white magic works, it draws on the surrounding aether. Which is dangerous because you can end up bleeding an area dry, or just simply throw the local elemental balance out of whack by drawing on one element too much. In fact a lot of the stigma against both black and white magic comes from the two nations that came up with the fields, and how they ended up bringing about one of the umbral calamities because they misused their own dang powers.

but i don’t know if i fully qualify or not, and if a real trans person finds it offensive for me to call myself trans then i should respect that and stop..it seems reasonable to me. maybe not for others, but. i don’t know
