i’m considering reviving a long-since abandoned fic just so i’ve got something to do in these hard times

seeing some of my favorite writers come back despite their struggles has really... inspired me? like, sure my fics were never a Big Deal to most people, but i wanted to write them for a reason. they made me happy, and i could really use that kind of happiness right now :c

so... idk, i know i’ve tried this before, so i can’t give anyone a 100% guarantee. but. i’m hopeful.

#tangotalk #i'm trying to push past my anxiety and overall Bad Experiences i associate with these fics #and just Write for myself and stop caring about all that #i've been doing that with ff/14 but i also... just miss the Good Ol' Days #i know there may be people out there still waiting for me to come back to paradox effect or even SL #and i'd like to give them the same happiness i felt when my favorite writers updated their projects #so... we'll see where this goes

like I said with the launch trailer, this blog will remain a spoiler-free zone for about... maybe a month? No less than that. While I do watch cutscenes ahead of time (I worry about my favorite characters, ok), I’ll personally be taking my time playing through the story.

IF by the off-chance I reblog something I feel is even the slightest bit spoilery, it will be properly tagged with #ffxiv, #shadowbringers and #5.0 spoilers.
