Enjoy a single serving of crispy and tangy salt and vinegar fries made right in your air fryer. These fries are a delicious snack or side dish for one.
Ingredients: 1 medium russet potato, cut into fries. 2 tablespoons white vinegar. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cooking spray.
Instructions: In a bowl of cold water, soak the potato fries for 30 minutes to get rid of extra starch. Take a paper towel and drain the water. Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Put the white vinegar and olive oil in a different bowl and mix them together. Throw the french fries into the vinegar and oil mix and coat them well. Add black pepper and sea salt. Spray cooking spray lightly on the air fryer basket to keep food from sticking. Make sure the fries don't touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket. Shake the basket every 15 to 20 minutes while the fries are cooking to make sure they cook evenly. Cook until golden brown and crispy. Allow the fries to cool for one minute after taking them out of the air fryer. Then serve them hot.
