US Medium Tanks of the 1920s
I recently came across some archival footage which gives some glimpses of some quite rare US medium tanks developed in the 1920s. The footage features the M1921, the T2 Medium Tank and a Christie Tank!

The US tank arm subsequently abandoned the various medium tank designs they’d been working on and shifted towards cheaper light tanks. Always special finding archival footage, hope you enjoy the video.
Changed the lighting. It looks less red in person. I want to see if it helps the plants grow a little better.
And voila!! The tank is finally done! 🌱💕👌 Today I bought the rest of the plants, as well as did the first water change of the cycle. Thanks to my friends filter, the tank is almost done and ready for inhabitants, but I will be waiting until October, when I get paid again! I may get the snails sooner, just to have some life in there, but that's still tbd. I will be getting some plant fertilizer because I'm a little concerned about some of them, their root systems didn't look the strongest and a few of the older ones are already browning out :( But other than that I am very happy with how everything is looking!! I'm really proud of all the planning and work I've put into it too. This thing is going to be a jungle a few months from now 😍

SO! I know someone posted about Michael’s having a 70% off sale on their plants, so I headed on over and got these for under $5 each! I thought I’d “carpet” some of my tanks with these. I was wondering if you guys could reblog with pics of your own, or your favorite, tank designs that have the “carpeted” look. Doesn’t have to be a solid carpet, just anything you think I could do with these. The plastic is that soft plastic, too, so it’s betta safe!
