Bizarre Night

My night was a bit of an interesting one, last night. I hadn't been sleeping long, and unfortunately I don't recall the details of the dream I was having, but there was a TF2 Sniper in it and dripping water. The part I do recall is my... unconscious self, if you will, being all 'Holy shit, this water noise isn't a dream noise! Wake up!'

And I woke up, feeling pretty stupid from only being asleep for less than 2 hours. But the noise that greeted me was an odd sounding and loud 'plunk plunk plunk-plink'. It took me a moment to realize 'omg, something is leaking' and then I neglected to put on my glasses, so I couldn't even see where it was coming from.

Cue a second trip to my sleeping spot to retrieve my glasses and then confirming the drip was coming from the ceiling. Time for buckets! And a bunch of other tasks. In the end, it wasn't the upstairs toilet leaking, thank god (that shit was dripping on me while I tried to set up buckets and what not). The Landlord living up there had dozed off while filling something. The dripping eventually stopped. But now my Mom's apartment has a ceiling vagina XD;

Cowboy Bebop...take an animated show and fill it to the brim with beat/jazz music and gangster, spaghetti western and sci fi tropes. Great character development. Excellent stuff. And finite, which is appreciated. They knew how to gracefully end a good thing.
