Was ist tankedmuse?

That is the name I have given to my creative spirit, the writer who lives in my head.  TankedMuse looks a lot like Lori Petty’s Tank Girl.  She is surly, foul mouthed, doesn’t take direction at all, does what she likes when she likes, and--if not sufficiently stimulated--tends to drink herself into silent stupors, sometimes for years at a time.  She is currently HIGHLY enamored of the Supercat ship for Supergirl and has been writing one story now for almost a full year (in addition to other smaller one shots).  She does not seem to want to let up anytime soon.  :)

So, sitting here, writing my Supercat story (I’m on chapter 9 now, guys) and a fictional bit character--some little TART who I made up out of whole cloth because I needed a field reporter from a rival local news studio (i.e. not Cat’s local news studio)--goes and DROPS A MUTHERF*CKING BOMB into my scene which will, in order:

completely change the rest of this chapter

add one or more chapters to the total (which, if you’re keeping score, is currently at a projected twelve)

out Kara and Cat’s relationship publicly chapters before I was planning to do so

Oh!  OH!  And now she doesn’t want to be a fictional bit character.

NOW SHE WANTS TO BE SIOBHAN!
