what are everyone's thoughts on tanmay bhats old tweets. i loved the guy, he made me laugh during tough times, and im not up for cancelling people on social media.

but to be honest, without a doubt, those tweets do make me sick to my stomach. i dont care if "there was a comedic connotation with some deep hidden meaning towards society" as said by someone in his defense. i just can't.

can't really be excusable even if the tweets were made a decade ago, he was still a fully functioning adult.

what are everyone's thoughts? am i missing something? am i overreacting?

A few years ago somebody called my sense of humour and personality very resembling to Tanmay Bhat. And as a overweight teen I instantly assumed that this comment was solely based on the fact that Tanmay bhat and I are both overweight. I took serious offense.

But later on as I grew up and matured enough to realise that yes,my humour is much resembling to Tanmay bhatt. And yes,anyday I would be happy to called anywhere near him because he has been my idol growing up. He is funny,smart charming and above all insanely humble. In a time in my life his videos,posts and podcasts help me through it. His humour wasn't only distracting me from my pain but at the same time empowering me to strive to be better.

And I guesa,that is pretty amazing.
