Savor the flavor of perfectly marinated and slow-smoked grilled bourbon steaks, which provide a tantalizing dining experience. The flavor of the beef is enhanced by the savory and robust profile that is produced by combining bourbon, soy sauce, and spices.
Ingredients: 4 beef steaks e.g., ribeye or sirloin. 1/2 cup bourbon. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: To make the marinade, combine the brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the steaks and place them in a plastic bag that can be sealed. Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours, or better yet, overnight, after sealing the bag. Set the temperature of your smoker to 225F 107C. The steaks should be taken out of the marinade and allowed to come to room temperature. After giving each steak a quick oil rub, set them on the smoker grates that have been preheated. Smoke the steaks for approximately one hour, turning them once halfway through, or until the desired doneness is achieved. For extra flavor, baste the steaks with extra bourbon marinade during the final ten minutes of smoking. Before slicing, take the steaks out of the smoker and give them ten minutes to rest. After grilling, serve the bourbon steaks with your preferred sides and savor!
