Ingredients: 4 ripe avocados. 1 small red onion, finely chopped. 2 Roma tomatoes, diced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1-2 jalapeo peppers, seeded and minced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. Juice of 2 limes. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. Tortilla chips, for serving.
Instructions: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until it reaches your desired consistency chunky or smooth. Stir in the red onion, diced tomatoes, cilantro, minced jalapeo peppers, and minced garlic. Add the lime juice, salt, and ground cumin to the mixture. Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt or lime juice if needed. Cover the guacamole with plastic wrap, making sure it touches the surface to prevent browning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve the classic guacamole with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Tomato puree, water, coconut aminos, erythritol, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper should all be combined in a small saucepan. Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring from time to time. After lowering the heat to low, simmer the sauce for ten to fifteen minutes, or until the consistency you desire is reached. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg. 1/2 cup buttermilk. 2 large eggs. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted. 2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. For the glaze:. 1 cup powdered sugar. 2-3 tbsp milk. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Food coloring optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a doughnut pan. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Spoon the batter into the greased doughnut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into a doughnut. Allow the doughnuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
